This notice reflects the current state of the Controller and will remain in place until we have validated and publicly released the new firmware update.

We have identified a bug in the interaction between our firmware and the Wi-Fi chip that may cause unstable Wi-Fi connectivity. This issue has been acknowledged by the chip manufacturer, and our firmware team is actively working with them toward a resolution.

If you are considering purchasing a Controller today, please be aware that Wi-Fi connectivity may be unstable. As a result, the following Wi-Fi-dependent features may be impacted:

Text Key, Remote Unlock, and Business Hours

To be clear, the Controller remains operational. Only these Wi-Fi-dependent features are impacted.

If your business relies on Text Key, Remote Unlock, or Business Hours for day-to-day operations, we recommend waiting to purchase a Controller until this issue has been resolved.
